§ Honesty

Told straight, never silently dropped

Tracks, MIDI, audio clips, tempo and markers arrive editable. Plugin chains and automation don't cross the FL Studio–Ableton boundary yet — your tracks still land named, leveled and panned, so re-adding devices takes minutes, not a rebuild. Nothing is silently dropped.

§ Questions

FL Studio to Ableton — common questions

Can Ableton Live open a FL Studio .flp file?

Not directly — Ableton Live can't read FL Studio's .flp format. Doseedo converts it: upload your .flp — or zip the whole project folder so the audio travels with it — and it rebuilds the session as a native Ableton Live .als project you can open and keep working in.

What carries over from FL Studio to Ableton?

Tracks with their names, levels, pans and mutes; MIDI clips at their arrangement positions with every note; audio clips with their files traveling in the project folder; tempo, time signature and section markers. Plugin state and automation don't carry between FL Studio and Ableton yet.

Do my plugins transfer from FL Studio to Ableton?

Not yet — effect chains and instrument state don't cross the FL Studio–Ableton boundary, and the converter never fakes them. Tracks still arrive named, leveled and panned, so re-adding your devices takes minutes instead of a rebuild from stems.

Is my project private?

Your project is uploaded over an encrypted connection into your own private space, converted, and is yours to delete anytime.

How many conversions are free?

5 conversions a month with no account, or 20 with a free account, both at full fidelity. Pro is $12/mo for unlimited conversions, no watermark, cancel in one click. One conversion is one project translated one direction; a round-trip is two.
