Doseedo vs AIVA

Published November 2026 · Updated November 5, 2026

Doseedo is an AI film scorer in your browser: upload your film and an AI composer watches the cut, then writes, plays and mixes an original score that lands on the cuts. Every part is its own native stem with its MIDI, so one part, one bar or one cue can be changed without regenerating the rest. AIVA is an AI composer that writes music as MIDI from a style, a preset or an influence you upload, with a piano roll and stems. Both are compared here from their own pages, checked November 5, 2026, with a source for every line.

The difference

AIVA writes in notes too, and its MIDI can be imported, edited and regenerated by section or layer, which makes it the closest prompt tool to a composer's workflow. But it never sees your film: you choose a style and a length, then fit the result to the picture yourself. Doseedo watches the cut and writes to it, lands the hits on downbeats, plays every part as its own stem, mixes the score under the dialogue and delivers the film with an M&E and a DAW session. On AIVA the copyright passes to you on Pro only; on Doseedo you own what you make on every plan.

Where Doseedo is

What it costs

Your first film score is free. A free account with a verified email gets a one-time 300 credits for its first score, on top of the 120 a month, and the composer plans that score to fit them, so a long film is scored where it matters most.

After that, watching the film, mixing and delivery stay free. The performances use credits, like any render on Doseedo: 10 credits for every 30 seconds of music for each group of up to six parts, and a flat 20 to split the film's own soundtrack. A one-minute scene with a mid-size orchestra is usually 60 to 140 credits; the panel shows the estimate for your film before you start, beside what you have left.

A free account comes with 120 credits a month. Pro is $12 a month with 2,000. You own what you make, to the extent the law allows (Terms §6.3).
