Logic Pro saves projects as .logicx packages; Studio One (now Fender Studio Pro) saves .song files — and imports the open DAWproject format. Logic Pro writes neither. Doseedo converts the project itself: upload the .logicx, download a .dawproject Studio One imports, with the arrangement in place.
Why there's no built-in way
Apple and Fender (formerly PreSonus) share no project format. Studio One can’t open a .logicx, and Logic Pro has no Studio One export. What Studio One does read is DAWproject — the open format PreSonus created with Bitwig — and Logic Pro doesn’t write it. So the usual fallback is stems, which flattens the project. Doseedo writes the .dawproject Logic can’t.
How the conversion works
Doseedo reads the Logic Pro project with the same native engine as its other directions and writes one .dawproject file, with the audio inside it; Studio One / Fender Studio Pro 6.5 or later imports it. Why not a .song? Studio One’s own format isn’t publicly documented, and a file we can’t be sure opens would only look like a conversion. Zip the .logicx package first (right-click it in Finder → Compress) and upload the zip.
What carries over — and what doesn't
Logic → Studio One carries the arrangement, honestly scoped. What arrives editable: tracks with their names, levels, pans and mutes; MIDI clips with every note; audio clips with their files inside the .dawproject; tempo, time signature and markers.
Plugin chains aren’t promised on this pair yet — the conversion report names every plugin and what became of it. Automation isn’t promised on this pair yet. Nothing is silently dropped — every conversion comes with a report of what changed.
Do I need Logic or Studio One installed?
Not to convert. The conversion runs on the project itself. You need Studio One / Fender Studio Pro 6.5 or later to import the result.

FAQ
Can you convert a Logic Pro project to Studio One?
Yes. Upload a .logicx to Doseedo and download a .dawproject Studio One imports. What arrives editable: tracks with their names, levels, pans and mutes; MIDI clips with every note; audio clips with their files inside the .dawproject; tempo, time signature and markers.
Does Logic Pro export to Studio One?
No. Logic Pro has no Studio One export and doesn’t write DAWproject, the open format Studio One imports. Doseedo writes that .dawproject for you — the real project, not stems.
Do plugins carry over from Logic to Studio One?
Plugin chains aren’t promised on this pair yet — the conversion report names every plugin and what became of it. Nothing is faked: whatever doesn’t cross the Logic–Studio One boundary is named in the conversion report.
Do I need Logic Pro installed to convert to Studio One?
No. The conversion works on the project itself — you only need Studio One / Fender Studio Pro 6.5 or later to import the .dawproject it writes.
